Can't hear, and your computers are off

I called Defy to log a call for a problem with my stove. Firstly, I couldn't hear what the lady on the phone said due to the amount of bubblegum in her mouth. Eventually we got a date for a technician to repair my stove. I also required some indication of price for the rotating switches, and she transferred me to Spares. I was promptly cut off. I redialled and was transferred to be told that they are closed. Upon enquiry as to why they close so early, was immediately told that their computers are down, and I must call back the next day. Why do people still buy their??? It's no wonder they don't respond. Their service just, just like their appliances do!
