My mother bought a Defy stove from Railway furnisher and upon connection the stove's upper element was not working properly, My Mother reported the issue to Railway Jubilee mall's manager and she promised to send someone to fix the faulty upper element. The gus send said he couldn't fix the problem and that he will notify head office. My Mother called Head office and spoke to Betty who insisted my mother must be unable to switch on the stove as it should work, My mother explained to her that she knows how a stove work and Betty said my mother should go to the branch where they will show her how the stove work of which she went and the stove still didn't work. The issue has been going back and forth and to date no resolution to the problem was provided by Railway furnishers staff. My Mother doesn't know what to do at the moment with the stove.
