On Sunday, 14 April, I returned an electric blanket that I bought In June last year (the blanket has a one year guarantee). The lady at the till asked me why I was returning the blanket and I explained to her. She asked if I want to exchange it for the same item but I asked for another brand name. The new blanket was R50 cheaper and she asked me if I want to buy something else or do I want the R50. I took the money. She was friendly and efficient. Thank you Clicks.
