In about Jul/ Aug last year we purchased a Safeway Brand electric blanket, which after only 6 months no longer heats as it used to.
I then went to Clicks and asked for an exchange, in its original packaging etc, only to be told that they no longer have stock, I then asked for a gift voucher as I regularly shop at Clicks.
But was told that I needed to call customer service for the return, i then asked them to actually do their job and
call cust serv. I was then given many excuses, it does not scan etc etc, I told them to follow up and let me know, after not hearing from them for 4 days. I called back today, however according to Petunia, she did not take down the consultants name, hence I should call the call cte and explain why they will not refund me!!!
Pathetic Customer Service from a reputable store as Clicks, makes you think twice about ever purchasing any electrical at Clicks,
1. Poorest Customer Service
2. No guarantees on their own house brand!!!
