GOOD DAY,

DURING THE MONTHS OF APRIL / MAY I ORDERED TWO THREE PLY BLANKETS AND ONLY RECEIVED ONE BLANKET. WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT THE SECOND BLANKET I WAS TOLD IT WAS OUT OF STOCK, I WAS THEN ASKED IF I CAN CHOOSE ANOTHER BLANKET PRESUMABLY THE THREE PLY WHICH I DID AND RECEIVED.

ONE MONTH AND HALF THE BLANKET I RECEIVED LATER IS NOT THE SAME QUALITY AS THE FIRST BLANKET I RECEIVED IN THAT RIGHT NOW WHEN FOLDED IT DOESN'T STRAITEN UP INSTEAD IT FORMS SMALL BUBBLES LIKE SHAPE INSIDE AND EVERY TIME I WILL HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO STRAITEN IT. IT FEELS LIKE I HAD BEEN SOLD CHEAP MATERIAL BLANKET WHEREAS I PAID THE FULL PRICE OF A QUALITY BLANKET.

I WOULD LIKE HOMECHOICE TO CONTACT ME AS I AM INTENDING TO SEEK MY REFUND FOR THE GENERIC BLANKET I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN SOLD.

I HAD NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF POOR QUALITY WHEN SIGNING FOR MY ACCOUNT AND BUYING. I BLAME MYSELF FOR PAYING CASH AND RECEIVE POOR SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY BLANKET.
