No return nor refund left my son freezing 4 nights

After buying a blanket he found it had a hole and being at boarding school could not return it. I collected it a week later and asked for an exchange but was told as he had used it they could only repair plus how do they know if he made it I called for the g. manager and she told me I am it I demanded another blanket and another man said ' Ill show you we wont exchange it' I asked him for his name he answered George I asked who he said pick n pay robertson. Its about 6 weeks since this outrage and i still havent been able to enter a pick n pay branch having supported them since the 60 s and spending at least 20 000 p m They lost a good customer over R100 blanket a company which prides itself on a no nonsense return policy. I was insulted and treated with contempt by two senior managers I am sending this so that the highest level hopefully will resolve this matter its not so much what they did but the way they did it which is a disgrace to pick n pay
