On Sunday the 5th of May i walked into Game in Pinecrest to purchase a single electric blanket by logik but there was no price put up for the blanket. So i proceeded in taking the blanket with me to the till where i requested the cashier Sthandile to look up the price for me and she replied that she can not check as she will then have to call the manager to void if i dont take the item. She told me to walk and look for a scanner in store then come back and pay. When i asked her why cant you call the Supervisor she said im not listening she has explained repeatedly that i must go check it myself then she proceeds to cash up the other items i purchased without assisting me as im too insignificant for her to check the price. She has no clue what customer service is clearly if she doesnt see anything wrong in the Stores mistake firstly of not pricing the item and secondly of telling me to do an employees job of checking the price! NO MANAGER WAS ON DUTY ON SUNDAY and i called customer care only to be called by some1 frm the branch telling me the price over the phone!!! DOES THIS STORE HAVE NO CLUE ON SERVICE AND CONSUMER LAW!!!
