Shopping @ Edgars just turned out to be a nightmare! Nobody @ the men shoe department, can't find the specific shoe on the shelf, went to Customer Service, get bad attitude from lady there, she announced for "Pretty" to go her post. My husband went back to CS to ask where Pretty is, because by the time we get here, Pretty was still not here! Then CS person has again an attitude problem, doesn't want to call Manager! Well, after making a scene we got the Manager & Thepo (cashier) to assist us we got excellent service from Manager & Thepo! Why must we first fight for Customer Service before you get it? It's my money that pays their salary!! Eish! What's happening to our country!?!?
