I bought chicken from Spar, i got home then prepared the meat then wen i ate i tasteted that it was rotten. immediately i returned the meat with the full packaging and slip to the Spar. That's where I spoke to the manger he asked me to walk with him to the fridge that i did. He asked me to point out where i got the meat from wich i failed to understand but i showed him, he then asked me to wait for him as he was going to speak to the owner of the shop, when he returned he asked me what do i want to do i said i would like to have a refund please he then refused he then said he couldn't give me a refund but i can take anything else in the shop to that amount hence i said i refused. I asked the manager to explain to me why i cant have a refund he said he wants to see the price tag on the meat which wasn't there, I failed to understand why i couldn't get my refund cause there was so many incidents where i bought from that same spar and the item would not b priced the cashier would go and get the same item and scan the price from there, so how sure am i that the meat even had a price on..??
