I bought Adidas sneakers for my daughter in October. I bought them because i liked them and knowing that i might not find the size again since these are for kids. I bought them for December since I plan ahead for my December purchases. My child wore them for December and the one string came out. Then I put them aside, then we washed them then the other shoe lace came out from the other shoe. I liked these sneakers specifically for the way they were made. Today I went to Edgars in Alberton after being humiliated by the security lady telling me "they won't take those shoes", the department manager Zanele and her Assistant Joe said it's a wear and tear so they won't take it. I spent R399 for those shoes, I love them and my child loves them. The shoes are still new looking and on top of it all the Queen, pulled and forced the shoe lace in making things worse, then she couldn't do the same trick with the other shoe. So after all the dedicated years I have with the edcon group, this is the service I'm getting. I refuse for Edgars to push aside the CPA rules and then implementing their own. I WANT THIS SORTED.
