I bought sneakers for my sister at edgars west gate mall, unfortunately they didn't fit her. We then went Protea gardens edgars active to exchange them but were told that they can't assist us we must go a "big edgars store, they don't have that shoe there, so they can't take it and give us a different one. What me off was the manager's attitude and that cashier had a never to say black ppl annoy referring to me. I then called the call centre for assistance worst mistake ever as it was a waste of time, I spoke to a Jacob call centre sup, who sd he can help me n later changed his story, referred me to the back of my slip said its written that I can't exchange at any edgars store. When I asked for the call ref number he told me that they don't any ref number. I'm now stuck with shoes that don't fit. Curse the day I opened an edgars account.
