Was looking for shoes at Edgar's Sandton and found the ladies in the shoe department standing around in a circle, having a conversation and dancing. When I approached one of the ladies for her to get me my size she just said they don't have and carried on with her conversation and dance. I had to find another lady that's not assigned to the shoe department to help me. She couldn't help me locate the shoe at another store because the other stores had closed. Now this morning I'm trying to call Edgars Sandton to follow up with the lady that tried to help but the receptionist keeps cutting me off. It just keeps getting worse!
