During early February 2013 i spent R7000.00 at spec savers in pietermaritzburg. Although the necessary document was sent to clicks (they have acknowledged receipt) i still have not been allocated any points. i have been in contact with clicks and the answer remains the same - the matter will be resolved. Surely it should not take that long to allocate points. This is not merely about the non allocation of points but the principle - why advertise something which does not happen. I think spec savers clients should be made aware of this and if spending at spec savers make certain to follow up and see whether clicks are allocating the points due. I will certainly inform spec savers about this incident. This is bad service from clicks.
