Points allocation confusion

I just received my next statement for clicks club card points and again my Discovery Vitality points are not allocated. I was told on the last telephone conversation that this was sorted and my club card is linked to the Discovery Vitality.
What is going on? I am very disappointed in how bad your admin team is.
Correct this immediately and confirm same.
I suggest since you did not get any joy from Discovery to allocate my points; you should allocate Clicks points for the two periods it was not allocated. This will solve that problem since it was your admin mistake.
I hope to have good news on the next response otherwise I will be forced to share this bad service with other clients to inform them to do their homework because the Clicks call centre and admin team does not know whats going on; and the feedback is unsatisfactory. (Copy of last message sent to Clicks 20/02/2013)
I am still waiting for a reply, the original query was logged 25/11/2012. I have been cheated out of two point collection periods that is 6months worth so far.
