NO Clubcard privileges

To whom it may concern,

I used to be a big fan of Clicks until I received my Gold ClubCard. For starters, I never received a blue clubcard-I waited and waited and about six months after I applied, the golden clubcard arrived in the post (which is a sign that I spent a lot at Clicks). Ever since the moment I received the Golden ClubCard (4 years ago) I have NEVER received ANY cash back or the clubcard magazine. I tried phoning Clicks to ask what the problem is, the only reply I got was that maybe my address was wrong (which was NOT the case because that is the address where I received my Clubcard a few years ago). And what is the chances that my Clicks post gets lost EVERYTIME?? My mom also receives her post to the same address and she has no problem???

I even started to keep my slips as proof that I do qualify for cash back, ea. 10 Feb 2013 (#8133- 32 points), 9 Dec 2012 (#9786-7 points), 21 Mar 2013 (#4902-14 points) just to name a few!!!

This is thus my final contact with Clicks, I will NEVER support you again and be sure to know that I will tell all my friends and family about this.
