Edgars need to do more training on their staff

I am a VIP club member at edgars. And as a club member you qualify to get a discount when you book a flight with mango. Since I got my card it has never worked. I went to edgars in Claremont to inquire about it 4 months ago and the stuff at the service information table could not help me. We called the head office and the lady at the head office told me to call mango when i call Mango Mango told me Edgars should be the one sort it out. Basically I just got moved from one consultant to another and I ended with no answer to my problem.

3 of my friends went and applied for the VIP membership and when they try to book they are having the same problem. now Im asking myself if this benefit actually realy works, bcoz' clearly this cant be a coincidence.

Latweek I called edagars again and the same thing happened they kept moving me from call center to head office and no one could help me. The guy I last spoke to (thapelo) took my numbers and promised that they will call and sort it out after I have told him I am tired of being pushed back and forth with no solution.

Edgars price for this benefits, so the least they could od is train their staff so they can expalin how things wo
