I was trying to book flights on Mango online using Edgars account as form of their loyalty member. More so that it is advertised on the web that Edgars members qualifies for 20% discount on Mango flights in November. When i go through with the booking, there is no discount at all.
Last Saturday, i also took Mango to Joburg with only 10% discount. It was still Nov, and would have still qualified for 20%. Please rectify this or take out this marketing drive as is misleading and not true.
