Previously i complained that when i tried to book an air ticket using my account number on the fly mango website, i was not allowed a discount. Edcon replied that " the flights must be booked two days before the date of departure. The club discount is available on selected flights and seats only. There may not be discounted seats left on the flight you want to book. "
well, i tried booking, more than 2 weeks in advance, over a whole host of different flights (i tried over 30 variations) and still no discount. i then tried the mango call center, and they used my account number as well to try and book a ticket, but NO DISCOUNT EITHER!
So Edgars club, is there something wrong with my club membership, or is this whole "get a discount" a???
