No Feedback even when they say they will phone you

I send in my external for repairs 3 weeks ago and I was told that I will get notifies via SMS on the status of job. Every time when I phone the store the lady on the phone will tell me that she will phone me back and guess what she hassent called me back. I just want to fine out if I can get the refunf or not. She is just lazy to go do her job.
