On ITC because of Bradlows incompetence

In September 2012, I purchased a bed through Bradlows Festival mall, I purchased it on account after all the normal checks i was off with new bed, in the first month they failed to debit my account, I then called the store to query why, they advised me they had changed systems and that why the debit did not go off, soon after that I advised them that I had changed bank accounts and I gave them the new banking details, the second month went by and still no debit order.

I then received several calls from their call centre & on several occasions i advised the agents that my bank account had changed & they are to debit my new account, I told them to call the store & speak to Sheila whom I was dealing with, the new year came my details had still not been updated, I eventually went into the actual store & gave them my new bank details. On the 13th March I applied for a loan with the bank it was declined because of the amount in arrears on my bradlows account, I then called their call centre to make an immediate settlment, I have just discovered they gave me the wrong acc details, to date my account is still in arrears due to the INCOMPETENCE OF THIS COMPANY, never again!
