Concelled debit orders by finance employees

I bought a toscana two piece bedroom suit at bradlows mokopane, and my first installment was on 01-04-2013, all my installments were supposed to be debit orders to my supprise bradlows employees decided to concell my debit orders so that I can be on areas. I went to the store to enquire about my account they told me that bradlows head office mistakenly concelled my debit order. They told me that there were no Areas in my name and everything is ok. They will continue to make more debit orders, up to so far bradlows is receiving all the payments but to my supprise I received a call from bradlows telling me that I am on areas. How possible is that for bradlows employees to mislead me. I will appriciate if you solve this matter in a fair manner. From edison makhafola
