I must say after that 3rd of logging my complaint on pnp site no one came back to me, disappointed really and the fact that no consistent services from the Pnp retailers. After the incident that occurred over the weekend when I bought milk tart at Pnp in Maponya lid was not stable that even the cashier advised not to put the tart in the trolley rather keep it on my hands I did that then the lid fell off, whiles trying to close the tart then the whole tart fell off my hands and the staff just looked at me went pass not even to acknowledge my dilemma and 1 of the supervisors was just standing did say anything, So I left the store without the tart that I has already paid fo
