Bad Attitude and customer service

Last week I went in to Zara in the Waterfront to purchase clothing. I looked around the store, got what I needed to get and wanted to pay for my garments in the kids department. There were tons of shop assistants standing around pretending to be working, I made eye contact and still they proceeded to ignore me until I spoke up and was assisted. The next day I went in to the store to return / exchange the goods after my handbag had been at another store in the Waterfront. The shop assistants at Zara were very reluctant to help or even tell me what I needed to do to complete the process without a slip. The managers on duty had snobbish attitudes and whispered to each other about the situation which I clearly could hear.
I will definitely not return to that store, lovely clothing but there are other stores with better service and better attitudes.
Keep it real, working at ZARA does not mean you are better than anyone else.
