I settled my Bradlows account this year January and my instalment was R1712, i also requested a paid up letter from the Head Office stating that my account has been paid up and closed (they emailed me the letter), Bradlows also updated on the ITC that my account is closed, they posted the invoice statement stating that i don't owe them, but in February there was a certain amount R223.34 and again in March they took R322.16 (while my instalment was R1712) i started noticing this debit order on the 25th March and when i went through my bank statement it to check, i then contacted Festival mall Bradlows (where i opened the account) i informed them and asked told them, the lady told me that its a mistake from the store (silverton Bradlows) where i settled the account they didn't' make a note to the Head Office to close the account now she wants me to come to Festival mall with a bank statement to reverse the deb it orders of which that's ridiculous since i settled that account! they are not professional and its unfair for me to run after them just because i want my money (the money they unlawfully took from my account claiming that its insurance money for the goods)
