Travel Experience who operate from Cresta shopping centre had a kiosk at Clearwater Mall. This agent was called Q4U. We dealt with them there and paid R595.00 on 04/05/2010 for their service. The service was to get a permanent residence renewal permit for my passport. We have not heard from them since that date!
