Skynet Worldwide Express
Lost Passport

I sent my passport for renewal, viaSkynet Worldwide Express, George, to The British Consulate in Pretoria on 25th March 2013, and Skynet Worldwide Express lost it on its way. I have subsequently sent lost passport documents and an application for a new passport using the same company..
I had to call them for a waybill number for this parcel and written assurance that it reached its destination.
Due to the delay caused by this company losing my passport, I do not expect the new passport to arrive before my flight. This means that I have to go personally to Cape Town to apply for an United Kingdom emergency travel document. This will entail travelling costs, accommodation costs, house sitting costs, and the consulate charges 95 pounds for this document (R1400).
I expect Skynet Worldwide Couriers to cover all of these costs. I emailed the branch manager with all the details -sent on the 9th May, and have had no reply even after me calling on the 13th May.
