The staff refuses to assist in an account enquiry

On Monday 2 April 2013 Mrs P Mpasi went to Russells Furnishers in Amanzimtoti with all her receipts as proof of payments she makes for her goods she purchased because she had gone there before and expressed dissatisfaction regarding the way she is billed, when she first inquired she was told to bring all the proof of payments so they would look at it and explain how she is charged. Her complaint is she pays more than the initial installment agreement but the more she pays the more charges are added to her account which she does not understand. Whitey the boss was there, he said nothing when Mariska refused to assist Mrs Mpasi. She just told her that she did not have time for 'this' and there was nothing to discuss. Mrs Mpasi also wanted to know why the settlement amount no longer appears on her statements.
