I bought items at Russells in December 2011 and paid off on 13 August 2012.
I am so disappointed at the customer service that Russells furnishers is offering us as customers. I settled my account within 7 months but was charged for 12 months as the store could not offer me a settlement amount. It was during the time when all JD Group store where brought into one system. I requested that clubs be cancelled as I am not receiving any post from Russells, I was told that they can cancel the club after paying off my account. I requested an amount for an early settlement, I was told they do not have, I have to pay the total balance which is the actual total amount. I paid and made follow ups to see if I will get my rebates from the over charging. Every month I visited the branch to make follow ups and I was told that managers at head office are busy looking into the matter. I went every month and still today I have not received my rebates.
Please I want my money back. Since August 2012 i have been asking when will I get my refund for the extra payments I have made in this account. I do not need an explanation. I need my refund the only apology.
