DSTV has refused on 3 occasions to credit my account with a R700 payment sent in April, despite the fact that the proof of payment has been sent and receipt of the proof acknowledged by their payments department. They have suspended my account, even though I have over paid. This is a recurring theme from DSTV - they have two many reference numbers for a single account, and do not know how to cross reference payments. The staff are not qualified and the payments department is not capable of managing the crediting of an account when there is the slightest issue.
