Hi;
My deceased father had a MFC agreement that was still owing, a request for a settlement amount was made to Nedbank MFC through a lady name Priscilla Mamabolo, this was received days later.

The problem begun once the agreement was settled by way of two separate deposits, one for R52199 on the 1st of November 2013 and another on Monday 4th November 2013 to account number 42661690001 of late Mr BM Maluka.

Upon making these payments countless requests were submitted to the the above mentioned individuals on different occasions and until today none of those requests have been met.

Unfortunately no confirmation of the settlement has been received from these MFC staff members and the family now sits without the knowledge whether these sums went to the correct account.

when enquiring about these deposits made, we were asked for proof of payment because the once received were "unclear". We completely fail to understand how primitive because each deposits had a reference number, therefore all the payments must reflect on the account's statement and proof that its settled.

Why are these people insisting on POP and disputing our payment and settlement, this can't be how MFC works.
