I just found out last week that i have an account at HiFinance that is affecting my name at ITC, I HAVE NEVER open an account with HiFinance, and when I checked my ITC credit record, When i check two accounts were opened on 18/08/2012 and 20/08/2012 same place different accounts i wasn't given proper answers because proper procedure was not followed.
I was told to get an affidavit from the police station, payslip and residential address.
This affects my credit record as it shows non payment since the loan was granted AND it shows a lack of controls or employee scamming on behalf of HiFinance as how is it possible for someone to obtain a loan in my name? So many documents are required for this, payslip, ID, bank statements etc!
HiFinance has shown absolutely NO interest in resolving this, and it is an affiliate of Hifi Corp, a SUPPOSEDLY reputable company.
Guy working at hi finance they look suspicious you can tell when they are handling matters especially with the same issue
