Bad feedback and communication with clients

Opened an account to buy a couch at house and home menlyn area. No feedback given so we followed up and found out that it was approved. Whent to sign for pick up no stock after we were told it will be in stock. Now 5 days later tried to find out where we stand with pick up phoned 5 times today: 3 times phone call was dropped and other 2 times no reply from management unavailable. Still waiting for feedback from salesperson or management
