I purchased a canon projector from incredible connection, through hifinance which I have still not completed paying for but am up to date, the projector stopped working I took it into service, they sent it off under warranty to tech serv in november. I still have no projector. It is fully insured through incredible connections hifinance so they must either return my projector working or replace as I think I have waited long enough now. The staff at Hillcrest incredible connection have been so helpful but it is out their hands.
