I purchaed a EXPENSIVE lounge suite from Lewis Stores White river 6 months ago. upon delivery (which i was charged R1000.00 for local delivery) thel ounge suite was damaged and i reported this immediatly to the manager she said that the lounge suite would be exchanged asap. after a month i phoned the branch to investigate but the peron who answered the phone said the manager was out and she will phone me back to no avail its been 6 monyhs now and im still waiting!!! its really absurd i stoppped paying for them to echange lounge suite but they showed up at my house wanting to load the unpaid goods!! why can they collect the item if im not payinig but they cant exchange the dammaged goods they sold me??? this is VERY VERY VERy poor service!!!
