My son was given Building Blocks from my Gran who stays in the eastern cape and she gave me the slip for them. The blocks she bought were not age appropriate and therefore I wanted a refund as the specific blocks are from a different store not part of the edcon group.i was first treated like I was doing something wrong and was questioned and had to count 75 pieces to make sure I was not returning them after removing some, which I have no problem with but then lerato asked me for the card to refund it to, & I said it is not my card it is my grans and I would like a cash refund. She informed me very unprofessionaly that it is not allowed I then asked for a gift voucher, was then informed that she can't do that either. I then took the slip and asked if we the slip was not part of the equation what would then happen, Lerato then started accusing me if making her lie.i repeatedly asked if the slip was not part of the equation what would then happen? Every time I said but I am not I am asking if I did not have the slip if I could then have a voucher? She repeatedly cut me off not listening to me. I am very upset and feel she unnecessarily made it out that she was a victim, which i did not do. :(
