In April we bought a brand new lounge suite from Lewis for R26000 after 2 months it started sagging and the one recliner chair broke, the other 1 struggles to close when its open and the other one struggles to open when its closed. I started phoning them and since then haven't received any feedback, the problem I have, is I am expecting a baby and my due date is the 11th of November, so what will happen if I get home with my new born baby but I have no lounge suite, but still I have to pay every month but no one can help me!!! they send someone to my house 2 weeks ago and told me they will get back to me, when I phoned this morning the lady said the manager will phone me in 15minutes (she promise) 3 hours later I phone again, she said sorry she doesn't know what will happen from now on??? but she works there??? so I am fed up, I expect service from a major franchise like Lewis, I have spoken to 3 people at head office and the same story they cant help me??? so why should I keep on paying Lewis if nobody at Lewis can help you??? I want a brand new lounge suite not a fixed up second hand lounge suite, I paid R26000 and I have nothing to show for it???
