I am really disappointed about the service i received from Lewis stores. Last year i have purchased a lounge suite and bedroom suite from Lifestyle at the Glen. Lifestyle sold me a second hand L shape lounge for a ridiculous amount and when they delivered it the lounge suite it was damaged. The day of delivery they suppose to scotch guard the lounge suite and never ever came back. They installed my bedroom suite did a half done job. I then decided to go into the branch "lifestyle living" and to my surprise the shop closed down. This year sometime i got a call from Lewis stores stating i am in arrears with my account, how the do i continue paying for broken and damaged goods. The lady i spoke to told me that i must come into the main branch. I honestly don't have time for their customer service it is disgusting.
I will highly appreciate that someone gives me a call regarding the broken goods they sold me because i still have a guarantee on the goods.
