I have bought a lounge suite 4 piece laguna light brown from lewis in brakpan when they first deliver the lounge suite at my home it was not protcted the wood on the bottom of lounge suite was damaged i send it back after 5 days they deliver the new one i have laid a complaint by the manager of store the hand rest are sagging the one manager was at my home home by the beggining of january and said she will send some one to pick it up and get it fixed by 17/02/2013 no one has contacted me yet if they do not pick it up fixe it and deliver it to my house before the 28/02/2013 thewy will not recieve another payment from me and we will go to court.
