My name is Eon Fritz (ID8104155099080) and I purchased numerous items in May 2013 at Lewis Randfontein including a Lounge Suite (if I can call it that). firstly I had to run after them to get the stuff delivered.
To make matters worse three months later the lounge suite was falling apart and losing its original color.
I hardly had the goods for three months and this is what's happening. Anyway since then and up to know six months later I had no satisfaction only empty promises. The matter have been reported to the so called manager a number of times during the past few months with no success.
I am using this complaint as a last attempt to get this matter sorted out. Otherwise I have to personally take back the lounge suite and stop paying.
This is by far the worse service I had ever received from a institution and is totally unacceptable. I think I have been patient long enough and do not deserve such embarrassing treatment to say the least.
I am giving this matter until tomorrow 31.12.2013 as I will not be going into the new year with broken furniture.
