ORDERING OF HARDWARE COMPONENTS

IN DECEMBER I TOOK LAPTOP IN FOR UPGRADE. AFTER A WEEK OF NOT HEARING FROM THEM, I PHONED AND TECHNICIAN SAID HE'S WORKING ON IT. LATER THE SAME DAY, HE PHONED ME TO GET THE PASSWORD TO GET INTO THE LAPTOP, MEANING HE HASNT DONE ANYTHING YET. TWO DAYS
THEREAFTER, I WENT THERE AND HE SAID LAPTOP NEEDS MORE RAM AND HE WILL ORDER IT ON 2ND JANUARY 2013, WHEN SUPPLIERS OPENS AGAIN. ON 7TH JAN, I WENT THERE TO HEAR ABOUT THE RAM, HE SAID HE'S SORRY, HE DID NOT ORDER IT, BUT WILL DO SO. ON 12TH I SPOKE TO MANAGER AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE, HE SAID HE WILL SORT OUT AND PHONE BACK. HE NEVER PHONED BACK. ON 15TH JAN, I WENT THERE AGAIN AND ASKED IF THEY ORDERED IT, TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT THAT SPESIFIC PART IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. I ASKED WHY HE DID NOT INFORM ME, HE JUST SAID SORRY. THEREAFTER I WENT TO OTHER COMPUTER TECHNICIANS IN TOWN, AND THEY SAID THEY CAN ORDER THAT RAM WITHIN 24HOURS.
I AM TOTALLY FEDUP WITH THIS COMPANY. ITS THE 2ND TIME, I GET THIS KIND OF POOR SERVICE FROM THEM. I BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP FROM THIS SPECIFIC STORE, AND EXPECT PROPER AFTERSALES SERVICE FROM THEM. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NOT SETTLE FOR AN APPOLOGY FROM THEM THIS TIME.
