On the 23 September 2013 I ordered an iPhone via fnb online and I got a confirmation SMS stating that my "application has been successful and your order has been sent to Digital planet and they will contact you shortly to arrange delivery". at this point I am thinking great all is in place and I will get the phone soon.

2 weeks later, no call, no email, no fax, no telegram, no latter, NOTHING!!! and now I am wondering if i will ever get this phone sometime before DIE.

I called FNB to find out the status and they sent me to Digital planet, and from digital planet back to FNB but no one can tell when will I get the phone. all heard from all these people is excuses

the service from FNB on my application has been beyond TERRIBLE!!! it is disgusting to say the least. Even now I am still waiting to hear from FNB, 3 hours ago spoke to a lady by the name of Naidira and she threatened to call me back but as I anticipated she never did, she just said that to get rid of me and I was stupid enough to fall for it.

FNB or Digital Planet you really need to get yourselves sorted out! I am not happy at ALL!!
