Money deposited by mistake, Game wont refund

On 26 March 2013 i mistakenly deposited R6180.00 to Game instead of R618.00, i confirmed with them that they did receive the money and they will refund me the difference of R5562.00, they told me a lot of different stories until on 03 April when Fikile pushed it for a refund, it was confirmed that the refund was processed on 03 April but until today 09 April the money doesn't reflect in my bank account, when i phoned this morning i was told that there is error on my bank account and it rejects the deposits and was told to give them another bank account and wait for another week before they can deposit again. What surprise me is that the same bank account number is the one that they do direct debit orders from and is my only bank account that i have. Now i am suffering for my mistake and this has affected my debit orders for my bond and my car due to insufficient funds, If they don't refund me ASAP i have to take this matter to FSB and the Ombudsman.
