I placed an online order on the 25th of April, which was delivered on the 29th. To my surpirise I realized on 03-05 that I had been charged TWICE for the order, and sent an e-mail to the help@mrpricegroup address, after which I was told that it must be my bank's mistake. I did phone my bank, and they confirmed that it was definitely not a mistake on their part. When checking my bank account this morning, I see that I have now been charged THREE TIMES for the same order, and that my bank account has now gone into overdraft, because of your IDIOCY!!!
I WANT A FULL REFUND, AS WELL AS THE MONEY FOR THE BANK CHARGES THAT I HAVE HAD TO SHOULDER BECAUSE OF YOU STUPIDITY. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!
I will NEVER buy anything from any of your stores again. YOU!!!
