Money Deposits not replecting in account

I have been experiencing serious problems with my bank account. Any money deposited into my account, this is inclusive of my salary is not reflecting in my account. Debit orders however are reflecting and returning unpaid. I am then charged the R138 unpaid fee whilst I could have a reasonable amount of money. FNB is a great bank but this is making me consider switching banks. How does money deposited into my account not reflect at all???!!!
