My husband and I purchased a bedroom set october last year from Morkels Witbank. Since then the paint has started peeling off, I complained about this numerous times when somebody finally admitted that there is a problem with the paint used on the furniture. Since then i have spend the last 5 months trying to get a new bedroom suit. On the 22nd of February they came to deliver a new bedroom suit when the delivery people phoned my husband he asked them to wait 10min to which they put the phone down in his ear and left a delivery notice in the gate and left. When I inquired about this I was told it had been delivered on 2 different occasions. When they delivered the bedroom suit today I had to collect the delivery people at the store seeings that they dont have any gps systems in their vehicles and the new bedroom set is in the same state as the first. I have never seen such incompetance ever!!! People have been rude to me, I have been buggered around, my money been wasted on phone calls and today petrol aswell!!! Seriously is this how such a large company should operate? I think not!
