All my children were raised with this product... prams, cots, walking rings, eating chairs... you name it. With my children being so far apart I had to by 3 of everything.
My third child was born in May 2013. So he got all the best Chelino products as we usually buy them from Baby Boom. My mother bought my son got the cool Ferrari walking ring that cost R1 000.00. Very amazed by the look and astonished by the prize we could not wait until he is big enough to ride this awesome thing.
After several attempts we came to the conclusion that this thing cant move sideways. This is really the first bad product from Chelino. My mother returned the product to Baby Boom a month ago. Baby Boom said that they would return it to Chelino for testing. We would have received it the next week Friday.
A very polite man from Chelino phoned us and said that there is nothing wrong with the walking ring. My mother also bought my niece a Winnie the Pooh walking ring from Baby Boom. She is two week older than my son and weighs 3kg less than him and she wheels her through the their whole house.
As a big Chelino fan I am very disappointed.
