Settling Account

For the past two weeks, I 've been receiving calls about my account which was only one moth behind, even threat to be listed on credit bereau's.

I paid the whole amount this morning at Wonder Park branch and I requested that my account to be closed. I was told it will be closed on the 12th.

I don't understand, who is going to pay any interest accrued from today.

Just close my account (cancel all subscriptions, insurance e.t.c) now, since you threat me with black listing while my account is only one-month in arrear.
