Personal and pro-active service Omo special

2 kg Omo washing powder was advertised as on special at Pick-n-Pay. The special was until 7April 2013. When my husband arrived at Pick-'n-Pay Cherry Lane last night (4 April 2013), there was no stock of the 2 kg Omo. When my husband complained, the manageress solved the problem by offering two 1kg packets at the same price as the 2 kg special! This is great service and shows how a pro-active manager can quickly and effectively resolve a situation. Thank you!
