No babyclub voucher as advertised

I joined the Clicks Baby Club as advertised by Clicks and spent more than the R175 on baby products on my first purchase. Clicks then promise that a voucher will be send for a baby hamper that you can collect at your nearest Clicks branch. To date I still have received NOTHING. I phoned customer services twice, and no one can give me a clear answer. It almost seems as though they themselves are not aware of the process and every time I get a different answer. A week ago I was told to wait one more week. This morning I was again told to wait one more week??? It has now been 4 weeks? Why can no one give me a clear, correct answer?
