UNFAIR BLACK LISTING

I had cheque account with FNB. I stopped using the account. The balance was ZERO (I didn't activate overdraft facility) After three months I went to FNB branch to officially close the account. Their system were down. The lady took my number and promise to call me BUT instead I received an sms informing me that my account has been closed. I was shocked and frustrated to learn that I have listed for the amount of R401. 72.

I since paid the amount but my name is still there (and will be there for two years)
